We agree the subjects, format and priorities before the session. Preparation and the stated documentation are included in addition to the on-site time.

A full working day means approximately 8 hours on site, including normal breaks. We agree the start time and schedule together.

How we work together.

  1. BEFOREHAND

    Agree the goal

    Send us your equipment list, sample captures and a brief description of your task. We plan a focused session with you.

  2. MORNING

    Build and test together

    Set up room, lighting, camera and audio where needed. Review the first captures and refine the setup.

  3. AFTERNOON

    Take the controls yourself

    Practise capture and assessment, then work through one agreed workflow to the output file.

  4. AFTERWARDS

    Keep a useful reference

    An illustrated start-up checklist and a record of the tested settings.

We start with what you already own.

Equipment you keep, specialist rentals, additional crew, construction or electrical work and further production are separate services. We agree any such items with you in advance.
