Providing this website

This website is hosted by Hostinger. The hosting provider processes technical connection data, including IP address, time, requested files and browser information, to deliver the website and maintain its secure operation. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in operating a secure website (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Fonts, images, PDF templates and videos are loaded from this website. Videos start when you operate the player; no external video service is embedded.

Online studio check

Your answers and the result are processed only in your browser. They are not automatically sent to us or stored permanently. If you download a checklist, you save it to your own device. When moving to the enquiry form, only the selected service topic is passed on.

Project enquiries

When you use the form, we process the contact and project details you provide to handle your enquiry and, where relevant, prepare a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR; for contacts acting for a company, Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). This form is for business enquiries. Please do not send special categories of personal data.

The enquiry goes to FF Pictures. If involving RIESS would be useful for your project, we discuss the collaboration with you. The form does not automatically forward your details to RIESS.

The form uses a technically necessary session cookie, lasting up to one hour and configured with HttpOnly and SameSite, to protect against misuse. The legal basis for access to your device is section 25(2) TDDDG. Enquiries are additionally stored outside the public web directory. This supplementary technical storage is cleaned up after 90 days during a subsequent form request. Abuse-prevention data using a one-way IP hash is removed after 24 hours during a subsequent request. Further business correspondence is retained for as long as needed to handle it; statutory retention duties remain unaffected.

Optional Google Analytics statistics

We load Google Analytics 4 only after your consent. The service is provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. We measure page views and selected interactions, such as opening an enquiry, using the studio check and technically confirmed form submissions. A click on an enquiry link is not a confirmed enquiry.

Google processes technical device and browser information and pseudonymous identifiers, and sets cookies. Our integration does not transmit form contents, contact details, studio-check answers or arbitrary URL parameters. Our tag configuration does not enable advertising personalisation or Google Signals.

The legal bases are your consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and section 25(1) TDDDG. Processing in the United States is possible. See Google’s privacy information for details of processing and transfer mechanisms. Statistics cookies and your choice are stored for up to six months. In the Analytics property used, event data is retained for two months and user data for 14 months; the user-related period may reset with new activity.

You can withdraw consent at any time for the future using in the footer. Without consent, and after withdrawal, this website sends no new Analytics requests.

External links

Partner websites are loaded only when you follow a link. Their own privacy notices then apply. This website does not automatically embed external video players or social-media pixels.

Your rights

Subject to the applicable legal requirements, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests and withdraw consent. You can also complain to a data protection supervisory authority, in particular the Bavarian State Office for Data Protection Supervision. Please use the contact details above for questions.
