IMPROVE AN EXISTING STUDIO

Keep what works.
Improve what matters.

You already have cameras and lights, but the results or workflow are not yet where you want them. We look at a typical production with you and focus on the changes that help your actual task.

BUILT AROUND YOUR WORK

A workflow you
feel comfortable using.

01

Understand the sticking point

We look at example captures and the way you work. Inconsistent lighting, reflections, colour, sound or repeated setup work call for different solutions.

02

Test with your equipment

A different position or setting may help before you buy anything. We make adjustments one at a time and compare the result.

03

Connect capture and processing

We review how files move into editing, colour assessment, approval and export. A useful capture setup also needs a clear route to delivery.

04

Keep the improvement usable

Setup photographs, tested settings and a short checklist help you recreate the agreed result when the next product or colleague arrives.

PRACTICAL OUTCOMES

What you take away.

  • Review of a representative capture and its workflow
  • Prioritised practical changes
  • Tested adjustments to an agreed setup
  • Setup photographs and settings as agreed
We agree the scope before we begin.

Choose a package or ask about an individual project. Equipment purchases, construction, electrical work and ongoing support are agreed separately where needed.

PRACTICAL KNOWLEDGE YOU CAN KEEP

Ready for your
next production.

Good training gives you a workflow you can repeat.

This real FF Pictures photo booth guide shows our approach: photograph the setup, identify the controls and record the settings that worked.

  • Setup photos: find the positions and important distances again.
  • Settings: set up the lighting and camera with a clear reference.
  • Start-up check: check the image and workflow before your next session.

The practice day includes an illustrated start-up checklist for your agreed setup. Setup optimisation includes setup photos and a concise settings record. We can work through the instructions with you in English.

BEFORE WE GET STARTED

Your questions, answered.

Can you work with mixed brands of equipment?

We start with the equipment you have. We check compatibility and practical limitations and explain where additions may be useful.

Will you replace our whole setup?

Only where the agreed task calls for it. The starting point is to understand and use what is already available.

Can you assess our studio remotely?

Photos, equipment lists and sample files can support preparation and some consulting. Hands-on adjustments and practical training are agreed on site.
